Last updated: October 5, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TASE or any TASE relate service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, do not use the service.

2. API Usage

Definitions. For purposes of this Section, "TASE" means the application programming interface known as TASE, together with any associated services, endpoints, and systems; "TASE Data" means any data, information, or content, including without limitation any flag, designation, or status relating to a Discord user, that is obtained, retrieved, or derived from TASE; and "Third-Party Data" means any data, information, or content originating from any source other than TASE.

  1. Segregation of Data. Wherever TASE Data is displayed, presented, or otherwise made available, such TASE Data shall be expressly and clearly segregated from, and shall not be commingled with, any Third-Party Data.

  2. Attribution and Labeling. All TASE Data shall be conspicuously and unambiguously identified and labeled as TASE Data, such that a reasonable user may readily distinguish it from Third-Party Data.

  3. Required Hyperlinks. Concurrently with any display of TASE Data, the displaying party shall provide functioning hyperlinks to (a) the TASE appeals server and (b) https://tasebot.org.

3. No Final Determination; Right to Review

TASE Data shall not be presented, characterized, or relied upon as a final, conclusive, or independent determination regarding any individual. Wherever TASE Data is displayed, the displaying party shall inform users that any individual to whom TASE Data relates may seek review of such data through the TASE appeals server.

4. Limitation on Retention

No party shall store, retain, archive, or maintain TASE Data in any form, except in a Temporary Cache. Any Temporary Cache shall be retained for no longer than twenty-four (24) hours from the time the relevant TASE Data was retrieved, and upon expiration of such period all TASE Data in the Temporary Cache shall be permanently deleted. For the avoidance of doubt, this Clause prohibits the incorporation of TASE Data into any database, log, backup, dataset, or other persistent record.

5. Revocation of Access

Access to TASE is provided free of charge and as a revocable privilege. The TASE Operator may, in its sole and absolute discretion, suspend, restrict, or terminate any party's access to TASE, in whole or in part, at any time, for any reason or for no reason, with or without prior notice, and without liability to any party. Upon any such suspension, restriction, or termination, the affected party shall immediately cease all access to and use of TASE and shall, within twenty-four (24) hours, permanently delete all TASE Data in its possession or control, including any Temporary Cache. The rights set forth in this Clause 6 are in addition to, and not in limitation of, any other rights or remedies available to the TASE Operator.
